We cater to everyone's taste: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gourmet dining and premium beverages are available all day long.

Bar & Snacking

Full open bar with premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages* and gourmet cuisine throughout the day. Enjoy a glass of wine during a meal or a refreshing cocktail by the pool. Whatever your pleasure, quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included*.

Slice (Main Bar)

Located between the pool and the theater, Slice is a fun and friendly family atmosphere for both kids and adults. Open 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Air conditioning. No Smoking.

Latitude 27 (Junior Lounge)

Supervised space designed for kids ages 11 to 17. Open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Air conditioning. No smoking.

Water Refreshment Stations

All guests receive a water bottle when they arrive at the resort. Water bottles can be refilled at various stations throughout the resort. This is just another component towards building sustainable development.

The Market Place

Buffet – Seats 900

Morning: Accent on the fresh bakery, crepe and omelets stations.

Lunch: Fresh marketplace featuring healthy choices, light grill and pizza corner.

Dinner: Diversified cuisines including Asian, Italian, Mexican, Regional American, and International rotisseries in a market-place style ambiance.

Soleil

Full Table Service – Seats 80. Open 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

9:30 a.m. to 11a.m.: Continental breakfast, fresh juice menu and coffee

11a.m. to 10 p.m.: Healthy a la carte dinning options. Fresh juice menu, salads, wraps, light grill and full bar service. Nightly, our executive Chef will propose varied specialty dishes inspired by South Florida’s local cuisine.

11a.m. to 2 p.m.: Sunday Jazz Brunch by the Bay.
