Health

Some parasitic diseases can be transmitted by mosquito bites. The use of skin and clothing insect repellents is strongly recommended during some periods of the year.

Malaria : endemic region in its minor vivax form, in some zones which are far from the Village.

Recommended vaccinations: Diphtheria, Polio, Tetanus, Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid.
Medical assistance in the Club: nurses, first-aid kit available.

For customers who have not bought the transport package, airport/resort transfer by cab. Cancun airport is located 6 miles from the resort and cab transfer takes about 20 minutes*. You can also choose airport/resort transfer by rental car.*

Cancun International Airport is located in Cancun, 10 miles from the Resort.

Outdoor parking lot is available with a capacity of 60 places; free access, reservations are not required; non-monitored parking lot.

Payment Options at the Resort

Local Currency: Mexican Peso

The Club Med Pass payment card: It is an internal payment card that enables you to sign for your various purchases throughout the resort (boutique, excursion, and spa). This card will be given to you against a credit card deposit of $500 US in reception.
